Staafmixer Gastroback Powermix Professional 1500 W RVS

The Gastroback Powermix Stabmixer Professional 1500 W Stainless steel is an immersion blender designed for demanding kitchen tasks. It combines a 1500 W motor with titanium blades and a stainless steel housing to deliver sustained blending power for soups, sauces, purees and emulsions. The unit is compact and handheld, with a 1.25 m power cord and a design intended for easy access to pots and containers.

Advantages

The high-power 1500 W motor provides consistent torque for processing dense ingredients and maintaining smooth results. Titanium blades resist wear and preserve cutting performance over time, while the stainless steel body adds durability and a hygienic surface that is easy to clean. Adjustable rotational speed from 900 to 1500 RPM allows control over texture and finish, and the lightweight 1.67 kg design reduces operator fatigue during extended use.

Suitable for

• Blending hot soups directly in the pot
• Preparing smooth purees from vegetables and fruits
• Making emulsions such as mayonnaise and dressings
• Mixing batters and small quantities of dough
• Creating sauces and creams for professional or home kitchens

For hot liquids, keep the blade fully submerged to avoid splashing. Turn the device off and unplug before removing or cleaning the blending shaft and blades.

Recommendations

Use lower speeds for light mixing and delicate emulsions, and higher speeds for dense or fibrous ingredients. Allow the motor to rest during continuous heavy use to prevent overheating. Clean the stainless steel shaft and blades after each use; follow manufacturer instructions for safe detachment and washing.
