Staafmixer Gastroback Design Staafmixer Advanced wit

The Immersion blender Gastroback Design Stabmixer Advanced White is a hand-held kitchen appliance designed for blending, emulsifying and pureeing small to medium quantities directly in pots, bowls or the included 0.8 L bowl. How to use

Fit the stainless steel blending shaft to the motor unit according to the assembly instructions, place the blade end into the food or liquid to be processed and switch the unit on. Begin at a low speed setting and increase gradually to achieve the desired consistency; maintain the blade fully submerged to reduce splatter. For blending hot liquids, ensure the container is stable and use short pulses to avoid splashing. After use, disconnect the appliance from the mains, remove the blending shaft for cleaning and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations for each component.

Recommendations

Use the stepless speed control to start slowly and increase power as needed, and avoid operating the blades in empty containers. For best results with hot soups and sauces, blend directly in a deep pot and keep the blade submerged to minimize splatter. Clean the removable stainless steel shaft promptly after use to prevent residue buildup.
