Stagebox Omnitronic MUS-810 10 m, 8-kanaals podium-snake, symmetrische audioverbindingen

The Omnitronic MUS-810 10 m stagebox is an 8-channel stage snake designed to route balanced audio signals between the stage and the mixing console. With a 10‑metre multicore and eight individually wired channels, it simplifies signal management for live sound, rehearsals and fixed installations. The unit provides a compact solution for short-distance connections and reduces cable clutter while maintaining balanced audio integrity for PA, FOH and monitor systems.

Advantages

The MUS-810 offers straightforward channel distribution and reliable balanced connections that help preserve signal quality over short runs. Its fixed 10 m length and eight-channel configuration make setup predictable and repeatable, reducing time during soundchecks. The stagebox is built for practical live-use scenarios where a compact multicore is preferable to multiple separate cables, improving stage safety and cable routing efficiency.

How to use

Place the stagebox on stage near instrument or microphone sources and run the multicore to the mixing console at FOH or a monitor position. Connect microphones and line-level sources to the stage-end connectors and route the corresponding outputs to the mixer inputs. Ensure connectors are securely seated and maintain correct input gain staging at the console to avoid clipping or excessive noise. Coil and secure excess multicore cable to prevent trip hazards.

Recommendations

Use the Omnitronic MUS-810 for reliable short-distance signal routing; avoid using it for long cable runs beyond its 10 m length to prevent potential signal loss. For stable performance, keep the snake away from strong electromagnetic sources and inspect connectors regularly for wear. When storing, coil the multicore without tight bends to preserve cable integrity.
