Stanley FatMax vlakrondtang Long Nose Pliers zwart geel 200 mm 203 g

The Stanley FatMax Long Nose Pliers (200 mm, 203 g) are precision pliers intended for reaching into tight spaces and manipulating small components. They feature a bi-material black and yellow handle for a secure, comfortable grip and a long, narrow nose suitable for electrical, mechanical, and general repair tasks.

Advantages

Bi-material handle with grip grooving improves control and reduces slippage. The jaws are forged from heat-treated high chrome steel for extended durability. The hand-ground, induction-hardened cutting surfaces maintain edge retention and accuracy through repeated use. An interlocking joint assembly ensures smooth operation and reliable alignment. The tool meets DIN/ASO/ANSI standards for consistent quality.

How to use

Hold the Stanley FatMax long nose pliers by the bi-material handle and position the narrow jaws around the component or wire. Apply controlled pressure to grip, bend, or pull small parts; use the long nose to reach into tight areas. For cutting, position the material close to the jaw root and apply steady force. After use, wipe the tool clean and store it in a dry place to prevent corrosion.

Recommendations

Use appropriate eye protection when cutting or working with springs and wires. Do not use the pliers as a hammer or pry bar. For electrical work, ensure the circuit is de-energized before handling live conductors; these pliers are not insulated for live-voltage protection.
