Stoffilter DEMCiflex 140 mm rond – zwart/wit voor behuizingsventilator

DEMCiflex 140mm round dust filter in black/white is a simple, low-profile accessory for PC cases and fan intakes. Designed to mount over 140 mm fan openings, the filter traps airborne particles before they enter the chassis while maintaining airflow for cooling. The product is suitable for desktop systems, workstations and workshop rigs where dust control is required to protect components and reduce maintenance.

Advantages

The filter provides a fine barrier that reduces dust accumulation on heatsinks, fans and circuit boards without significantly impeding airflow. Its round shape and standardized 140 mm compatibility make it easy to fit on fan frames or case intakes. The black/white finish blends with common case interiors and fan colors, allowing discreet installation. The washable design permits repeated cleaning, which extends the lifetime of the filter and helps keep system internals cleaner for longer periods.

Suitable for

• 140 mm case fan mounts and intake vents
• Desktop PCs, gaming rigs and workstations
• Workshop or repair benches where dust suppression is needed
• Systems in dusty environments or shared office spaces

Key specifications

• Shape: round, fits 140 mm fan openings
• Color: black and white finish
• Function: dust filtration for airflow intakes
• Material: flexible filter media with retaining frame
• Mounting: designed for surface installation on fan frames or case panels
• Maintenance: washable and reusable

How to use

Place the DEMCiflex 140mm round dust filter over the outer surface of the 140 mm fan frame or intake grille, aligning the filter centre with the fan hub. Secure the filter using screws, adhesive pads or the case's existing retention points, ensuring it sits flat against the mounting surface to prevent gaps. Regularly inspect the filter and remove accumulated dust by rinsing with lukewarm water and allowing it to dry completely before reinstallation to avoid moisture entering the system.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, check the filter every 1–3 months depending on environmental dust levels. Do not use strong chemicals or high-pressure water when cleaning; gentle rinsing and air drying preserve the filter media. When mounting, ensure the filter does not obstruct fan blades and that screws or adhesives do not deform the frame.
