Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel construction for pot and steam insert
• Diameter: 24 cm cooking surface
• Compatibility: suitable for gas and induction hobs
• Shape: round design for even steam distribution
• Use: designed for steaming and gentle moist-heat cooking

How to use

Fill the pot base with the recommended amount of water below the steam insert, place the steam basket or insert above the water level, and bring to a gentle boil on your gas or induction hob. Arrange food in a single layer in the steamer basket to allow even circulation of steam. Cover with a lid to maintain temperature and steam; adjust heat to sustain a steady simmer rather than a vigorous boil. Check doneness periodically and remove food promptly to avoid overcooking.

Recommendations

Use filtered or softened water when possible to reduce mineral deposits, and avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the stainless steel finish. Preheat water to generate steam quickly, and cut ingredients into uniform sizes for consistent cooking times. After use, allow the pot to cool slightly before cleaning and dry thoroughly to maintain the surface appearance.
