Tips

For best results, do not overfill the pot beyond two-thirds capacity with food, or half capacity for foods that expand, such as rice or legumes. Always ensure the lid is properly locked and the pressure indicator has dropped before opening. After cooking, allow natural pressure release for meats to retain moisture. The pot is dishwasher safe, but hand washing the lid and gasket will extend their life.
