Coaxkabel Preisner TAK9015G 1,5 m IEC wit

The Televes Coaxial Cable Preisner TAK9015G 1.5m IEC White is a 1.5-meter coaxial lead with IEC male connectors on both ends designed for audio and video signal transmission. The cable provides a reliable connection between televisions, set-top boxes, DVD players and other AV devices that use IEC antenna/cable inputs. Its white jacket and compact length make it suitable for visible installations where neat appearance and cable management are important.

Advantages

This coaxial cable combines solid signal shielding and consistent impedance to minimise interference and signal loss over its 1.5 m length. The IEC connectors on both ends ensure a secure fit with standard TV and receiver sockets. The white outer jacket resists abrasion and blends with typical home interiors while the flexible construction allows easy routing behind furniture or along skirting boards.

How to use

Ensure both devices to be connected are powered off before attaching the cable. Align the IEC connector with the TV or receiver socket and push it gently until it seats fully; some sockets may require a slight twist. Connect the other end to the aerial or cable outlet or to the corresponding device. After connection, power on the devices and select the appropriate input or channel to verify signal reception. For a snug fit, avoid bending the cable sharply near the connector ends.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, avoid running the coaxial cable parallel and close to mains power cables or large electrical appliances. Use cable clips or adhesive channels to secure the cable along walls or skirting boards and prevent strain on connectors. If a longer run is required or the installation is outdoors, consider a professionally specified coaxial cable with appropriate weatherproofing and shielding.
