How to use

Turn off the printer and open the front or top cover according to your printer model. Remove the empty yellow cartridge using the handles, and unpack the replacement cartridge from its protective packaging. Gently shake the cartridge from side to side to distribute the toner evenly, remove any protective seals, and insert the cartridge into the correct slot until it clicks into place. Close the cover and turn the printer on. Allow the printer to recognise the new cartridge and, if prompted, run any recommended calibration or cleaning cycle.

Recommendations

Store cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the cartridge regularly or perform short test prints during long idle periods to prevent toner settling. For best results, follow Ricoh printer maintenance guidelines and replace cartridges when print quality indicators (such as streaking or colour fading) appear.
