How to use

Mount the caster wheel to the underside of the item using the appropriate plate and fixings for the specific application, ensuring all mounting bolts are tightened to the manufacturer-recommended torque. Place the wheel assembly on a clean, level surface and verify free rotation and swivel before loading. Engage the brake when the object must remain stationary. Periodically inspect the tread for wear, clear debris from the swivel mechanism and re-tighten fasteners as required to maintain safe operation.

Recommendations

Use the caster on indoor, level floors and avoid exposure to sharp debris or chemicals that could degrade the polyurethane. Match the number and placement of wheels to the item’s weight and center of gravity. Replace wheels showing excessive wear or damage to maintain mobility and floor protection.
