TV-antenne Televes V ZENIT 149222 — buitenrichtantenne, model 149222

Televes V ZENIT 149222 is an outdoor directional TV antenna designed for reliable reception of terrestrial television signals. Intended for rooftop or mast installation, the antenna focuses incoming broadcast signals to improve picture and sound quality for both digital and analog transmissions. Constructed for outdoor use, it provides a stable directional pattern and practical mounting options for residential and rural environments.

Advantages

The antenna's directional design concentrates signal reception from a chosen azimuth, reducing interference from unwanted directions and increasing usable signal strength. Durable materials and weather-resistant construction ensure long-term outdoor performance. The antenna's mounting compatibility with standard poles simplifies installation and alignment, while its focused reception pattern helps to maintain consistent TV signal quality in areas with moderate to weak broadcast coverage.

Suitable for

• Rooftop or mast installation to receive terrestrial TV broadcasts
• Residential homes in suburban and rural areas with variable signal strength
• Situations where directional reception reduces interference from other transmitters
• Setups requiring a weather-resistant outdoor antenna with pole-mount capability

Key specifications

• Outdoor directional antenna for terrestrial television reception
• Designed for rooftop or mast mounting with standard pole fittings
• Suitable for reception of digital and analog TV broadcasts
• Focused reception pattern to improve signal gain and reduce off-axis interference
• Durable, weather-resistant construction for outdoor exposure

How to use

Mount the antenna on a stable rooftop or mast using the supplied or compatible pole clamps. Point the antenna toward the nearest or strongest TV transmitter, using a signal meter or a temporary connection to the receiver to optimize alignment. Secure all fastenings and seal cable entry points to prevent water ingress. Connect the antenna coaxial cable to the TV receiver or to an amplifier/distribution system as required, and perform a channel scan on the TV to finalize reception settings.

Recommendations

For best results, install the antenna as high as practical with a clear line of sight toward the transmitting tower, avoid obstructions such as trees and buildings, and use quality low-loss coaxial cable and proper waterproofing for outdoor connections.
