How to use

Place the UPS on a flat, stable surface with adequate ventilation and connect essential equipment to the protected AC outlets. Use the RJ11/RJ45 port to protect phone or modem lines if required. Install PowerPanel® Personal Edition on a connected computer through the USB port to monitor status and configure automatic shutdowns. During a power interruption the unit will supply battery power; follow on-screen LCD prompts and software notifications to perform an orderly shutdown when needed.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, allow the battery to charge for at least 8–10 hours before first use, perform periodic battery self-tests via the LCD or software, and replace the battery according to manufacturer guidance or when runtime degrades.
