USB-adapter, micro USB-B naar USB 2.0-A DeLOCK 65474

This USB micro adapter by Delock converts a USB 2.0-A male port into a USB micro‑B male port, allowing connection of devices such as external HDDs or USB memory sticks to mobile phones, smartphones and tablets that support OTG. The angled micro USB connector offers a secure fit in recessed or hard‑to‑access micro USB female ports and supports direct data transfer between the mobile device and the connected USB device without a computer.

Advantages

The adapter is compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry and use on the go. Its angled micro USB‑B connector improves stability in tight or recessed ports. It is compatible with OTG‑capable mobile devices and supports direct device‑to‑device data transfer. The black finish provides a discreet appearance.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB 2.0‑A devices (HDDs, flash drives) to OTG‑enabled smartphones and tablets
• Accessing USB storage on mobile devices without a PC
• Using in devices with recessed or hard‑to‑reach micro USB female ports

How to use

Insert the angled micro USB‑B male connector into the micro USB female port of the mobile device. Plug the USB 2.0‑A male connector into the USB device (for example an HDD or flash drive). Ensure the mobile device has OTG enabled; once connected, the mobile device should detect the USB storage and allow file access or transfer directly between the devices.

Recommendations

Verify that your smartphone or tablet supports USB OTG and that OTG is enabled in system settings. Do not force the connector into the port; align it carefully to avoid damaging recessed ports. For power‑hungry devices like some external HDDs, use a powered USB hub if the mobile device cannot supply sufficient power.
