USB-C-hub SAVIO AK-57 met 3× USB-A, RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet (5000 Mbit/s), aluminium grijs

SAVIO AK-57 is a compact USB-C hub that expands a computer's connectivity by adding three USB-A ports and an integrated RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet adapter. The hub enables connection of external drives, keyboards, mice and other USB-A peripherals while providing a wired network port for stable internet access up to 1000 Mbps. The unit is finished in dark grey matte aluminum and is designed for portability and everyday use with laptops and PCs that have limited USB-A ports.

Advantages

The AK-57 combines three USB-A 3.1/3.2 Gen 1 ports with a female RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet connector in one compact housing, offering data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps over USB and network throughput up to 1000 Mbps. It is backwards compatible with older USB standards, supports a wide range of operating systems and works via Plug & Play without the need to install drivers. Durable aluminum construction and small dimensions make the hub convenient for travel and regular mobile use.

Suitable for

• Connecting external storage, keyboards, mice and other USB-A peripherals to laptops and desktops
• Providing stable wired internet access for laptops without an Ethernet port
• Mobile and remote work where compact, travel-friendly connectivity is required

Key specifications

• Ports: 3 × USB-A (USB 3.1/3.2 Gen 1), 1 × RJ-45 (Gigabit Ethernet)
• USB data transfer: up to 5 Gbps
• Ethernet speed: up to 1000 Mbps (Gigabit)
• Host interface: USB-C (plug-in)
• Material and color: dark grey matte aluminum
• Compatibility: Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7/XP, macOS, Linux

How to use

Connect the AK-57 hub to a host device using the USB-C connector. After connection the hub operates in Plug & Play mode; the system should recognize the USB ports and the Ethernet adapter automatically without additional driver installation. Plug USB-A peripherals into the available USB-A ports and connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 socket when a wired network is needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, connect high-speed external drives and peripherals directly to the USB-A 3.1 ports and use a Cat5e or higher-rated Ethernet cable to achieve Gigabit network speeds. Avoid using multiple power-hungry devices simultaneously if the host does not supply sufficient USB-C power.
