Recommendations

For optimal video performance at 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz and HDR, verify that both the source device and the display support DisplayPort Alt Mode, HDR and the required bandwidth. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling on the cable; keep connectors clean and free of debris. Use a compatible USB PD power adapter when charging at higher power levels.
