USB-kabel ShiverPeaks BS30-42275 7m USB 3.2 Gen 2 USB-C zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS30-42275 is a 7-meter USB cable with USB C connectors on both ends and USB 3.2 Gen 2 (3.1 Gen 2) technology. Designed for extended reach between devices, it enables high-speed data transfer and reliable connection for compatible hosts and peripherals. Its black finish provides a neutral appearance suitable for office, studio, and home environments.

Advantages

This USB cable supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 (3.1 Gen 2) data rates and uses reversible USB C connectors to simplify connection. The 7 m length allows flexible placement of devices without the need to relocate equipment. The symmetrical USB C ends reduce wear from repeated plugging and ensure consistent orientation. A black outer finish offers discreet appearance and easy integration into different setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops with USB C ports to docking stations or hubs at a distance
• Linking external storage devices, such as SSDs or HDD enclosures, to a host for high-speed transfers
• Extending reach between monitors or peripherals that use USB C for data
• Temporary or permanent cable runs in office, studio, or home AV setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB C to USB C
• USB specification: USB 3.2 Gen 2 (3.1 Gen 2)
• Cable length: 7 m
• Color: Black

How to use

Connect one USB C end to the host device and the other end to the peripheral or docking device supporting USB C. Ensure both connected devices support USB 3.2 Gen 2 to achieve maximum throughput; otherwise, data transfer will operate at the highest mutually supported speed. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mounting points that may stress the connector or cable sheath. If using with an extender or repeater, confirm compatibility with USB 3.2 Gen 2 signaling.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and protect it from excessive heat or physical abrasion. When maximum data rates are required, verify host and device USB versions and use direct connections where possible to minimize intermediate adapters. Store coiled loosely without tight loops to maintain cable integrity.
