Verlengkabel PSSO 16A CEE 3x2,5 mm² 10 m blauw

PSSO Extension cable with a 16A CEE plug, three 2.5 mm² conductors and a 10 m blue cable length. The cable is designed for temporary power distribution where up to 16 amps are required, offering a balance of flexibility and mechanical strength for use in construction, workshops and outdoor events. The blue sheath provides visual identification and simple routing for moderate-distance connections between power sources and electrical equipment.

Advantages

The extension cable combines a standardized 16A CEE connector with three cores of 2.5 mm² cross-section to support rated currents up to 16 A while keeping voltage drop low over the 10 m length. The flexible insulation and rugged outer sheath increase resistance to mechanical stress and bending, making it suitable for repeated handling. Color-coded outer jacket simplifies identification on-site and helps reduce misconnection risks. The design emphasizes reliable contact and safe power transfer for portable equipment and tools.

How to use

Inspect the cable and connectors before each use for signs of damage, cuts or exposed conductors. Connect the CEE plug securely to a compatible 16A socket aligned with the connector keying, and ensure the mating connector is fully engaged to achieve proper contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges, heat sources and trip hazards; avoid running the cable through doorways or under heavy equipment without protection. After use, disconnect the plug by pulling the body of the connector rather than the cable, coil the cable loosely and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight to extend service life.

Recommendations

Use the cable only within its rated current and environmental limits. For continuous high-load operation or fixed installations consult applicable electrical standards and a qualified electrician. Replace the cable if insulation is damaged, connectors show overheating marks, or electrical faults are detected during use.
