Verzendenvelop MAILmedia C5 grijs, 80 g/m² papier, gepolsterde verzendenvelop

MAILmedia C5 grey mailing envelope is a paper shipping bag made from 80 g/m² grey paper and sized to fit C5-format documents and small flat items. The envelope is designed for single-item shipments, mailings and document transport, providing a lightweight and recyclable packaging option for postal delivery. Its simple construction keeps contents flat while reducing bulk and postage costs compared with larger or heavier packaging.

Advantages

The envelope combines low weight and consistent C5 dimensions to help minimize postage expenses while offering basic protection against light abrasion and dust. Being made of paper, it is recyclable and suitable for eco-conscious mailing practices. The grey color masks minor surface marks and gives a neutral professional appearance for business and private correspondence.

Suitable for

• Mailing C5-size documents, letters and folded A4 sheets
• Shipping thin promotional materials, invoices and certificates
• Sending flat, non-fragile items such as slim booklets, photos or brochures
• Economical internal document transfers and business mailings

Key specifications

• Material: paper
• Paper weight: 80 g/m²
• Color: grey
• Format: C5 (suitable for C5 documents and folded A4)
• Construction: flat mailing envelope / padded shipping bag alternative for lightweight items

How to use

Insert documents or flat items so they lie evenly within the envelope and do not exceed the C5 format. Fold or arrange contents to avoid sharp edges pressing against the paper. Seal the envelope according to the manufacturer’s closure method prior to dispatch; if the envelope requires additional adhesive or tape, apply along the full flap to ensure a secure seal. For items that require extra protection, use an inner protective sleeve or wrap before placing them in the envelope.

Recommendations

Use this envelope for lightweight, non-fragile shipments where recyclability and low postage cost are priorities. Avoid using for heavy, bulky, or sharp items; reinforce the closure if sending through high-handling postal channels.
