Voeding SILVERSTONE SX750 Platinum 750W 80 Plus Platinum, SFX-L formaat

The SILVERSTONE SX750 Platinum is a 750W power supply in SFX-L form factor engineered for compact high-performance systems. With 80 Plus Platinum efficiency, this modular unit delivers stable DC power to components in gaming PCs, small-form-factor workstations and space-constrained builds. Fully modular cabling and an SFX-L footprint allow straightforward installation and tidy cable management while reducing internal case airflow obstruction.

Advantages

This power supply offers high energy efficiency, which lowers wasted heat and reduces electricity consumption during prolonged operation. The fully modular cable system simplifies installation and customization of cable runs for small cases. The SFX-L format combines a compact chassis with improved cooling and compatibility with a wide range of small-form-factor enclosures. Built-in protections and high-quality internal components support consistent voltage regulation under varying load conditions.

Suitable for

• Compact gaming PCs and HTPC systems
• Small-form-factor workstations and content-creation rigs
• SFF builds that require high power in limited internal space
• Systems where efficient, quiet continuous operation is important

Key specifications

• Output power: 750 watts continuous
• Efficiency rating: 80 Plus Platinum
• Form factor: SFX-L (compact with extended depth for improved cooling)
• Cabling: Fully modular cable set for flexible connections and improved cable management
• Cooling: Integrated fan and thermal design optimized for small enclosures
• Protection features: Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protections (built-in)

How to use

Install the SILVERSTONE SX750 Platinum into an SFX-L compatible case following the case and power supply manufacturer instructions. Connect only the required modular cables to the unit, then route and connect them to the motherboard, CPU, graphics card and drives as specified by your system components. Ensure the power supply intake and exhaust areas are not obstructed and maintain adequate case airflow. Verify voltage selection and connector compatibility before powering the system for the first time.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use the power supply in cases that support SFX-L depth and maintain regular dust cleaning of the cooling fan and ventilation paths. Choose only the modular cables provided or approved replacements that match connector types and wire gauges. When building high-load systems, ensure the combined power draw of all components remains within the 750W continuous rating and distribute connectors according to component manufacturer guidance.
