Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This cabinet is intended for indoor industrial or technical spaces; it may not be appropriate for outdoor exposure to heavy rain, direct weather conditions, or environments requiring higher ingress protection than IP55. Very high-density cooling requirements or unusual rack-depth equipment may require a different enclosure model.

How to use

Place the rack on a level floor and secure it if required by the installation environment. Install the mounting plate and mount rails or equipment as needed, routing cables through the divided gland plates to maintain a neat and protected interior. Use the keyed lock to restrict access when equipment is installed. Follow manufacturer instructions for any grounding, ventilation, and component mounting to ensure safe operation.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For reliable operation, plan cable entry using the divided gland plates and allow clearance for airflow around heat-generating equipment. Use appropriate ventilation or cooling accessories if installing high-power servers or densely populated racks.
