Wandmontage 19 inch rack LANBERG 6U, diepte 497x400/240 mm, model FB01-5406-10B

LANBERG wall-mount 19" rack 6U (model FB01-5406-10B) is a compact cabinet designed to hold standardized 19-inch networking and server equipment in constrained spaces. With a 6U mounting height and multiple depth options (497x400/240 mm), this wall-mounted rack accommodates patch panels, switches and other 1U–3U devices while keeping cabling and equipment organized. The design is intended for installations where floor space is limited but reliable, secure mounting is required for active and passive network components.

Advantages

The rack provides a standardized 19" mounting frame in a compact, wall-mountable enclosure that saves floor space and simplifies cable routing. Multiple depth configurations allow installation of devices with varying depths while maintaining a tidy, accessible layout. Constructed for stable wall attachment, the enclosure improves physical security and ventilation compared with ad hoc mounting solutions. Its size and compatibility reduce installation time in small server rooms and telecommunications closets.

How to use

Securely mount the cabinet to a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners for the wall type and expected equipment weight. Install 19" equipment on the rack rails, aligning U markings and using compatible rack screws or cage nuts. Route network and power cabling through provided openings or panels, keeping power and signal cables separated where possible. Ensure sufficient clearance for airflow at the front and rear of installed units and confirm all connections are tight before powering devices.

Recommendations

Install the rack in a dry, ventilated location with adequate load-bearing support. Use cable management accessories to prevent strain on connectors and maintain clear airflow paths. Verify that installed devices do not exceed the cabinet's weight capacity and allow at least the manufacturer's recommended clearance for heat dissipation of active equipment.
