Wandgemonteerd fietsrek MACLEAN MC-471 — houdt tot 35 kg, opslag voor één fiets

Wall-mounted bicycle rack MACLEAN MC-471 is a compact, space-saving storage solution for a single bike with a maximum load capacity of 35 kg. Designed for wall installation in garages, hallways or apartments, the rack holds the bicycle off the floor to free up room and keep the area tidy. The unit is compatible with most city and mountain bicycles that fall within the stated weight limit and offers stable support and convenient access when mounted at a suitable height.

Advantages

The rack provides a stable and secure mounting point that reduces floor clutter and protects the bike from accidental knocks. Its compact profile minimizes protrusion into usable space, while the robust construction supports a single bike up to 35 kg. Simple construction and straightforward mounting make it suitable for standard masonry or wooden walls when fitted with appropriate fixings. The exposed design enables quick placement and removal of the bike without the need for complex mechanisms.

Suitable for

• Storing a single city bicycle to save space in apartments
• Keeping a mountain bike off the floor in a garage or workshop
• Organizing hallways or entryways where floor space is limited
• Temporary wall storage for commuter bikes

Key specifications

• Maximum load capacity: 35 kg
• Storage type: wall-mounted, single-bike
• Compatibility: most city and mountain bikes within weight limit
• Installation: fixed to vertical wall surfaces (requires suitable fixings)
• Usage location: indoor spaces such as garage, hallway, apartment

How to use

Mount the rack on a suitable vertical surface using appropriate wall fixings for the wall material (masonry, concrete or timber studs). Position the rack at a height that allows easy lifting of the bicycle onto the support while ensuring the bike does not obstruct doors or walkways. Place the bike onto the rack so that its frame or wheel rests securely on the support arm; confirm the bike is stable before leaving it unattended. Regularly check fixings and the support arm for signs of wear or loosening and retighten as necessary.

Recommendations

Use fixings rated for the wall type and load; avoid exceeding the 35 kg limit. For heavier bikes, alternative storage solutions are recommended. Store the bike with brakes engaged and consider additional padding on contact points to protect frames with delicate finishes.
