Wandmontagerack Digitus DN-19 07-U-EC

Wall mounted rack Digitus DN-19 07-U-EC is a 7U network cabinet from the Dynamic Basic Series designed for wall installation. The cabinet measures 600 x 450 mm, supports up to 60 kg and provides IP20 protection. It features adjustable 483 mm (19") profile rails with rack unit markings, removable side panels, a lockable safety-glass front door with steel frame, and pre-cut cable inlets in the roof, floor and back wall. The roof also includes a pre-cut area for an optional fan module. The cabinet is constructed from up to 1.5 mm sheet steel and is powder coated in grey (RAL 7035) or jet black (RAL 9005).

How to use

Mount the supplied mounting plate to a solid wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners for the wall material. Bolt the cabinet housing onto the mounting plate to complete installation in two steps. Adjust the depth of the internal 19" profile rails as needed, install network equipment into the rails using standard rack screws, route cables through the pre-cut inlets in the roof, floor or back wall, and, if required, fit a fan module into the roof's prepared area. Use the removable side panels and the lockable front door for maintenance access and equipment security.

Recommendations

Install the cabinet on a load-bearing wall and verify the selected fasteners match the wall type and the cabinet's maximum load. Ensure adequate ventilation when populating the cabinet with heat-generating equipment; add a fan module if necessary and avoid exceeding the 60 kg load limit.
