Netwerkkabel Goobay 93685 RJ-45 Cat6a 1m

The Goobay 93685 networking cable is a 1 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP) cable engineered for reliable, high-speed data transmission. Equipped with RJ-45 connectors plated in gold, it reduces contact resistance and signal loss while the high-quality inner conductors and robust sheathing ensure stable performance and mechanical durability for home and office networks.

Advantages

Cat6a S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference compared to unshielded cables, supporting 10GBase-T applications. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs enhance contact reliability and corrosion resistance. The 1 m length offers a compact connection solution with sturdy construction for frequent use.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections (up to 10GBase-T)
• Connecting routers, switches, NAS and PCs in home or office networks
• Short-distance patching in server rooms and structured cabling

Key specifications

• Brand: GOOBAY
• Model / MPN: 93685
• EAN: 4040849936852
• Cable type: Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)
• Length: 1 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45, gold-plated
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding network port on your devices (router, switch, PC or NAS) until it clicks. Ensure the cable is not overly bent near the connectors and avoid pinching or running it through sharp edges. For best performance, use the cable for short patch connections or direct device-to-device links within its 1 m length.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference (large power supplies, transformers) and avoid excessive bending radius. Use shielded ports or properly grounded network equipment when deploying S/FTP cables in environments with potential interference.
