Netwerkkabel Goobay 95896 3m Cat6 U/UTP bruin

The Goobay 95896 is a 3 m Cat6 U/UTP networking cable designed for high-speed data transmission with minimal interference. It features high-quality inner conductors, robust sheathing and RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts to ensure a stable, durable connection. The flat brown cable is suitable for discreet installation behind skirting boards, under carpets or beneath wooden floors.

Advantages

Cat6 standard and U/UTP construction reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference for reliable signal quality. Flat design allows easy routing in tight spaces and inconspicuous installation. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve contact reliability and resist corrosion, while robust outer sheathing protects the conductors against mechanical stress.

Suitable for

• Home and office Ethernet connections (up to Cat6 performance)
• Installation behind skirting boards and under floor coverings
• Connecting routers, switches, modems and networked devices

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Standard: Cat6
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs with overall unshielded)
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Color: Brown
• Brand: WENTRONIC (Goobay product), MPN: 95896, EAN: 4040849958960

How to use

Route the flat cable along the desired path and insert the RJ-45 plugs firmly into the network ports of your devices (router, switch or computer). For concealed installation, press the cable into gaps behind skirting boards or slide it under carpets or floor panels. Ensure connectors are fully seated and that the cable is not bent sharply at the plug ends to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines for long distances and do not exceed the recommended Cat6 segment lengths for your network application. Inspect connectors for secure fit and replace the cable if physical damage to the sheath or conductors is visible.
