Platte patchkabel Goobay CAT 6A U/UTP 0,5 m zwart

The Goobay Flat Patch Cable CAT 6A U/UTP 0.5 m in black is a short networking cable designed for high-speed data transmission and stable connections. It uses high-quality inner conductors, a slim flat cable profile and RJ‑45 plugs with gold plating to maintain reliable signal transfer while allowing inconspicuous installation in confined spaces.

Advantages

The flat construction allows installation behind skirting boards, under carpets or wooden floors and reduces cable bulge. U/UTP design provides consistent performance for CAT 6A applications. Gold-plated RJ‑45 plugs improve contact reliability and conductivity. The 0.5 m length is convenient for short patching runs and tidy cable routing in home or office setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices over short distances (patching between wall outlets and equipment)
• Installation where a low-profile cable is required (behind skirting boards, under carpets)
• High-speed LAN connections that require CAT 6A performance

Key specifications

• Standard: CAT 6A
• Shielding: U/UTP (overall unshielded with individually unshielded pairs)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Color: Black
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Brand: WENTRONIC (Goobay product)
• MPN: 96301
• EAN: 4040849963018

How to use

Plug the RJ‑45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your devices (such as router, switch, PC or wall outlet). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the flat cable along skirting boards, under carpets or along narrow gaps to keep it out of sight and avoid sharp bends with radii smaller than the cable thickness. For best performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with power lines for long distances.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m CAT 6A flat patch cable for short, high-speed connections where a low-profile cable routing is needed. For longer runs or environments with strong electromagnetic interference, choose appropriately shielded and longer cables that match installation requirements.
