Videokabel-adapter Goobay 65749 HDMI Type-A Standard zwart bus

The Goobay 65749 angled HDMI adapter allows connection of an HDMI Type A Standard cable in tight spaces, such as the rear panel of a TV, Blu-ray player or game console. With HDMI Type A female connectors and a compact right-angled plug, the adapter keeps the cable close to the device to reduce strain and the risk of kinking or cable damage.

Advantages

This HDMI adapter features a compact angled design that minimizes cable protrusion and prevents sharp bends at the connector. It uses standard HDMI Type A female ports to maintain compatibility with common HDMI cables and devices. The black finish provides a discreet appearance behind displays and AV equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting HDMI cables to TVs in confined rear-panel spaces
• Hooking up Blu-ray players and set-top boxes where straight plugs would obstruct placement
• Game consoles and AV receivers with limited clearance behind the device

How to use

Insert a compatible HDMI Type A male cable into the adapter’s female HDMI port, then connect the adapter’s opposite HDMI female end to the device’s HDMI male connector or use the adapter between a device and an HDMI cable as needed. Align the angled plug so the cable runs parallel to the device surface to avoid stress on the connector.

Recommendations

For best results, use the adapter with standard HDMI cables and avoid excessive twisting or pulling at the cable connection. Ensure the adapter is seated fully and check that there is sufficient clearance for the angled plug before tightening wall mounts or repositioning the device.
