XLR-kabel PSSO 3-polig, 3 m, zwart, Neutrik-stekkerverbindingen

Balanced XLR cable PSSO 3‑pin, 3 m, black, Neutrik connectors is designed for reliable audio signal transmission between microphones, mixers, stage equipment and studio devices. The cable features three conductive cores in a shielded construction and Neutrik metal locking connectors to ensure secure contacts and low-noise performance. A flexible black outer jacket provides ease of routing and long-lasting daily use in live and studio environments.

Advantages

The cable combines a balanced three-pin wiring with shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and hum. Neutrik connectors deliver a positive locking mechanism and durable metal housings that withstand repeated connections and stage handling. The 3 m length offers a practical balance between reach and manageable cable management, while the flexible black jacket resists kinking and simplifies storage. Overall, the design prioritizes consistent signal integrity, mechanical reliability, and ease of use.

How to use

Plug the female XLR connector into the microphone or source device and the male XLR connector into the mixer, interface or destination input, ensuring the locking latch engages to prevent accidental disconnection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges; secure with cable ties or gaffer tape where needed to prevent trip hazards. For studio work, allow a small service loop near connection points to reduce strain on connectors. When disconnecting, press the release latch on the Neutrik connector before pulling to avoid damage.

Recommendations

Store the cable coiled without tight kinks to preserve the inner conductors and jacket. Avoid exposing the cable to direct sunlight for prolonged periods or extreme temperatures. Regularly inspect connector contacts for dirt or oxidation and clean with appropriate contact cleaner if necessary. For best audio quality, use balanced XLR connections end-to-end and avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines over long distances.
