How to use

Place the Zyxel EX3501-T0 on a stable surface in a central location for best wireless coverage. Connect the WAN port to your ISP modem or copper line termination and attach wired devices to the four Gigabit LAN ports as needed. Use the router web interface or supported remote management protocols to configure wireless SSIDs for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, set security (WPA2/WPA3) and create VLANs if required. Monitor status via front-panel LEDs and verify connectivity after configuration.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, position the router away from large metal objects and other sources of radio interference. Enable WPA3-SAE where supported by client devices and configure separate SSIDs for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz to optimise device connections. Use wired Ethernet for latency-sensitive devices and enable QoS policies in managed deployments to prioritise voice or gaming traffic when necessary.
