4U-rackmount-behuizing SILVERSTONE RM45-360 — 4U-behuizing, ondersteunt ATX-moederborden, rackmontage

4U rackmount case SILVERSTONE RM45-360 is a server-style chassis designed to house ATX motherboards in a 4U rack form factor. It offers a standardized, space-efficient enclosure for installation in server racks and network cabinets, intended for compact servers, NAS systems and consolidated equipment setups where rack compatibility and component accessibility are required.

Advantages

The chassis supports full-size ATX motherboards while keeping a 4U height to maximize rack density. Its rackmount form factor simplifies integration into standard 19-inch racks and cabinets. The design emphasizes straightforward component access and installation to ease assembly and maintenance in server or network environments.

Suitable for

• Small business or home servers
• Network-attached storage (NAS) builds
• Rack consolidation of IT equipment
• Laboratory or test-bench rack setups

Key specifications

• Form factor: 4U rackmount chassis
• Motherboard compatibility: ATX (full-size)
• Front panel and bay arrangement tailored for rack installation
• Physical design intended for installation in 19-inch racks or network cabinets

How to use

Install the ATX motherboard and other components following standard PC assembly procedures, ensuring correct orientation for a rack chassis and proper clearance for rack rails and airflow. Mount the assembled chassis into a compatible 19-inch rack or cabinet, secure with rack screws, and connect power and network cabling as required. Leave access space in the rack to permit cable routing and service access.

Recommendations

Confirm compatibility of power supply dimensions, drive bays and cooling components with the RM45-360 internal layout before purchasing or assembling. Use appropriate rack rails and mounting hardware rated for the chassis weight, and plan airflow and cable management to maintain component cooling and serviceability.
