Why choose it

The Busch-balance SI housing combines durability with a sleek, minimalist aesthetic. Its halogen-free thermoplastic construction meets strict environmental standards, and the matt surface resists fingerprints and scratches. The IK05 impact rating ensures it withstands everyday knocks, making it suitable for high-traffic areas. Compatibility with the entire Busch-Jaeger insert range offers flexibility for any wiring configuration.

Ideal use cases

• Retrofit projects where chasing walls is impractical
• Commercial buildings with concrete or brick walls
• Renovations requiring quick, clean installations
• Areas where surface wiring is preferred (e.g., basements, garages)

Good to know

This housing is designed for indoor use only (IP20). It accommodates two standard Busch-Jaeger inserts and can be mounted horizontally or vertically. The UV-resistant material prevents yellowing over time, maintaining its Alpine White appearance. For a complete installation, pair with matching Busch-balance SI frames and inserts (sold separately).
