ACT groene 10 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Green 10 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a shielded network cable designed for high-speed data transmission in indoor environments. It features SFTP shielding and RJ45 connectors on both ends to provide stable connections and reduced electromagnetic interference. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and halogen emissions in the event of fire, making the cable suitable for use in confined or poorly ventilated spaces. The cable supports frequencies up to 500 MHz, meeting CAT6A performance requirements for demanding networking applications.

Advantages

This ACT Green patch cable combines SFTP shielding with a CAT6A specification to deliver improved signal integrity and lower crosstalk compared with lower-category cables. The LSZH outer jacket minimizes harmful emissions during combustion, which enhances safety in enclosed public or industrial spaces. With factory-terminated RJ45 plugs, the cable provides plug-and-play connectivity and consistent performance over its 10 meter length.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections up to 10 Gbps in structured cabling
• Server rooms, data centers, and network cabinets
• Office networks and open-plan workspaces
• Enclosed or poorly ventilated environments where low smoke and zero halogen materials are required
• Audio/visual installations and professional AV racks

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT6A
• Shielding: SFTP (braided overall + foil individual pairs)
• Connector type: RJ45 to RJ45
• Length: 10 meters
• Bandwidth: up to 500 MHz
• Jacket material: Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH)
• CPR Euroclass: Eca

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to the network device (switch, router, or NIC) and the other RJ45 connector to the target port on the server, workstation, or network outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and latched to maintain a secure connection. Route the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference and avoid tight bends or kinks to preserve shielding and transmission performance. For permanent installations, secure the cable using appropriate clips or cable management to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Use this cable in indoor environments where safety standards require reduced smoke and halogen emissions. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and chemicals that can degrade the LSZH jacket. For best performance, maintain bend radius of at least four times the cable diameter and replace cables that show visible damage or compromised connectors.
