ACT ivoor 15 meter U/UTP CAT6-patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Ivory 15 meter U/UTP CAT6 patch cable with RJ45 connectors is a 15 m networking cable designed for reliable wired connections in home and office environments. It uses U/UTP CAT6 construction and AWG24 conductors, terminated with RJ45 plugs featuring gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity. The ivory (RAL 1015) PVC-sheathed cable supports up to 250 MHz bandwidth and is suitable for Gigabit Ethernet applications.

Advantages

This CAT6 patch cable offers standardized U/UTP performance up to 250 MHz, consistent AWG#24 conductor quality and secure RJ45 terminations with gold-plated contacts to reduce corrosion and improve contact reliability. The 15 m length provides flexibility for equipment placement, while the ivory PVC sheath (RAL 1015) delivers a discreet appearance and basic mechanical protection.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbps) LAN connections
• Connecting switches, routers, patch panels and networked devices
• Home and small office structured cabling

Key specifications

• Cable type: U/UTP CAT6
• Length: 15 m
• Bandwidth: 250 MHz
• Conductors: AWG#24
• Sheath material: PVC
• Colour: Ivory (RAL 1015)
• Connectors: RJ45 with gold-plated contacts

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to your network device (switch, router or computer) and the other plug to the corresponding network port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, kinks and sources of electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and keep bend radius above the manufacturer's minimum; use cable management accessories to prevent strain on the RJ45 connectors.
