ACT oranje 10 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel, vergrendelingslipbescherming, met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Orange 10 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable (FB7110, EAN 8716065314113) is a 10 m network cable with snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts. It uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and supports high-speed data transmission. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket lowers the release of toxic gases and dense smoke in case of fire, making the cable suitable for use in confined or poorly ventilated spaces. Compatible with CPR Euroclass: Eca.

Advantages

The LSZH jacket provides reduced smoke and halogen-free emissions compared with PVC, improving safety in enclosed environments. S/FTP shielding offers improved protection against crosstalk and external interference for reliable CAT6A performance. Snagless RJ45 connectors reduce the risk of clip damage during installation, while gold-plated contacts ensure consistent conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in office and data centre networks
• Installations in vehicles, trains, or other poorly ventilated areas
• High-speed Ethernet connections up to CAT6A performance
• Temporary and permanent patching where snagless connectors are preferred

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to your network device (switch, router, patch panel or NIC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the paired device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the clip engages. Route the cable without tight bends and avoid crushing or sharp edges to maintain signal integrity. Use cable management accessories to secure the cable and prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For installations in enclosed or poorly ventilated environments, choose LSZH-sheathed cabling to reduce smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire. Verify CAT6A requirements for distance and shielding in your network design and test connections after installation to confirm performance.
