ACT paars 20 meter U/UTP CAT6-patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

ACT Purple 20 meter U/UTP CAT6 patch cable with RJ-45 connectors and PVC sheath, designed for reliable wired network connections over longer distances. The cable supports Cat6 performance for high-speed data transmission and is suitable for home and office installations where a 20 m length is required. Its purple colour allows for easier cable identification in structured cabling setups.

Advantages

The U/UTP CAT6 construction provides improved bandwidth compared with lower category cables while remaining suitable for typical Ethernet applications. Gold-plated 50µ contacts on the RJ-45 plugs ensure stable contact and reduced corrosion. The PVC sheath offers basic mechanical protection and flexibility for indoor routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, switches and routers over a 20 m distance
• Home and small office network installations
• Patch panels and structured cabling where colour-coding is used

Key specifications

• Cable type: U/UTP CAT6
• Length: 20 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contacts: 50 µ gold-plated
• Sheath: PVC
• Colour: Purple

How to use

Uncoil the patch cable and route it between the two network endpoints avoiding sharp bends and pinch points. Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet port until the clip clicks. For optimal performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and do not exceed recommended bend radius. Use additional cable management accessories if needed.

Recommendations

For best results in structured installations, label both ends and use colour-coded routing; replace the cable if connector damage or excessive wear is observed.
