ACT Paars 25 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel met knikbescherming en RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Purple 25 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a 25 m network cable designed for high-speed data transfer in installations where low smoke and zero halogen materials are required. It features S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for reliable connections and improved signal integrity. The LSZH jacket reduces the release of toxic gases in case of fire, making the cable suitable for use in confined or poorly ventilated environments. The cable is purple, supporting easy identification in patch panels and cable runs.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction lowers crosstalk and external interference, while the CAT6A specification supports higher bandwidth and 10 Gbps networks over appropriate distances. The snagless RJ45 connectors protect the clip during routing and installation. Gold-plated contacts enhance corrosion resistance and maintain stable contact quality. The LSZH outer jacket reduces smoke and halogen emissions if the cable is exposed to fire.

Suitable for

• Data center and server room patching
• Office network cabling and structured cabling installations
• Environments with reduced ventilation such as public transport or enclosed technical rooms
• Applications requiring color-coded cable management

How to use

Route the cable between network devices, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension. Insert the RJ45 connectors into corresponding ports until the latch clicks. For permanent installations, use appropriate cable management hardware and maintain recommended bend radius to preserve performance. Verify link speed and signal quality after installation using network testing tools if required.

Recommendations

Use LSZH cables like this ACT CAT6A in areas where reduced smoke and halogen emission is important. Avoid installing the cable in environments with temperatures or mechanical stresses beyond manufacturer specifications, and keep connectors free of dust and debris to ensure optimal performance.
