How to use

Connect one snagless RJ45 connector to the network switch or patch panel port and the other to the corresponding device or patch point. Verify link status on connected equipment and ensure both ends are fully seated in the RJ45 ports.

Recommendations

Use slimline 32 AWG-style CAT6A cables only where space savings and airflow improvements are required; be aware that thinner conductors increase signal attenuation, especially at higher frequencies. For Power over Ethernet (PoE) deployments, keep bundles to a maximum of 24 cables to limit temperature rise—ANSI TSB-184-A recommends a maximum temperature increase of less than 15 °C above ambient for the center cable in a bundle.
