Adapter Barrow G1/4 inch 90° draaibaar buitendraad naar binnendraad TDWT90-V2.5 goud

Barrow G1/4" 90° Rotatable Male to Female TDWT90-V2.5 Gold is a compact swivel adapter designed for G1/4" threaded systems used in PC water-cooling loops and other fluid installations. The adapter converts a male G1/4" thread to a female G1/4" thread while allowing 90-degree angular orientation and rotation to align fittings and tubing in confined or awkward spaces. Its gold finish provides corrosion resistance and a consistent appearance in visible areas of a build.

Advantages

This rotatable adapter reduces mechanical stress on tubing and fixed fittings by allowing angular alignment without twisting connections. The 90° orientation simplifies routing in compact cases and around components, shortening the need for additional angled fittings. Smooth rotation between male and female ends enables precise positioning while maintaining a sealed G1/4" connection compatible with standard water-cooling hardware.

Suitable for

• PC custom water-cooling loops with G1/4" threaded ports
• Tight or compact PC cases where straight fittings would bind tubing
• Radiators, water blocks, pumps and reservoirs that require angular connections
• Installations needing reduced torsion on tubing and simplified cable-like routing

Key specifications

• Thread standard: G1/4" male to G1/4" female
• Orientation: 90° angle with rotatable joint
• Finish: gold-colored plating for corrosion resistance and appearance
• Material: metal construction suitable for liquid-cooling fittings (material: metal alloy/plated)
• Compatibility: standard G1/4" water-cooling fittings and components

How to use

Thread the male end into a compatible G1/4" female port by hand to start, then tighten securely with an appropriate wrench without over-torquing. Attach a female G1/4" fitting or tube-end to the adapter's female side and orient the rotatable section to the desired 90° direction before final tightening. Verify seals and fittings for leaks after filling the loop and during initial operation.

Recommendations

When installing, ensure threads are clean and free of debris. Use appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape only if required by your system and compatible with the materials in the loop. Avoid excessive force during tightening to prevent damage to threads or the adapter body, and perform a leak test at low pressure before regular use.
