BALLARINI Cortina Granitium Grillpan 28x28cm/4,0mm

The BALLARINI Cortina Granitium grill pan stands apart from ordinary grill pans with its robust 4.0 mm forged aluminium body and durable 5-layer Granitium non-stick coating reinforced with mineral particles. The square 28x28 cm cooking surface with raised ribs delivers authentic grill marks and lets excess fat drain away, while the integrated Thermopoint heat indicator in the ergonomic thermoplastic handle signals when the pan has reached the ideal temperature for searing. Made in Italy and free from PFOA, nickel, and heavy metals, this pan combines performance, safety, and easy maintenance for everyday use.

In daily use

From searing steaks and chops to grilling vegetables and paninis, this pan delivers consistent results. The thick base prevents hot spots, while the non-stick surface ensures food releases easily and cleaning is quick. The heat indicator takes the guesswork out of preheating: simply wait until it changes colour, then add your ingredients. The ribbed design creates beautiful char marks and reduces fat, making it a healthier choice for everyday grilling. The two spouts allow mess-free pouring of oils or juices, and the lightweight forged aluminium construction makes handling comfortable even when full.
