Grillpan Staub 40511-684-0 vierkant 28 cm, geschikt voor inductie, grafietgrijs

Staub Grill Pan 40511-684-0 28cm Induction Square in Graphite Grey is a cast-iron square grill pan designed for use on induction and other stovetops. With a 28 cm cooking surface, pronounced ridges and durable enamel finish, the pan provides even heat distribution and searing performance suitable for grilling meats, vegetables and sandwiches indoors.

Advantages

The cast-iron construction ensures excellent heat retention and uniform cooking, while the enamel coating reduces sticking and simplifies cleaning compared with bare cast iron. The square shape increases usable grilling area compared with a round pan, and the raised ridges create grill marks and help drain fat away from food. The pan is compatible with induction, gas, ceramic and electric cooktops and is oven-safe to a moderate temperature.

Suitable for

• Grilling steaks, chops and burgers
• Cooking vegetables with grill marks
• Toasting sandwiches and paninis
• Indoor grilling when outdoor grill is unavailable

How to use

Preheat the grill pan on the chosen heat source before adding food to achieve clear grill marks and proper searing. Lightly oil food or the pan to reduce sticking. Avoid sudden temperature shocks by not rinsing a hot pan with cold water. Use utensils that will not chip the enamel finish. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash with warm water and a soft brush or sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners that can damage the enamel.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the Staub grill pan for several minutes over medium-high heat, then reduce heat slightly when searing to prevent burning. Dry and oil meats lightly for even searing; avoid high-acid marinades for prolonged contact with the enamel surface. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the enamel finish.
