Why choose it

The Ferrara grill pan’s ribbed surface lifts food away from excess fat while creating those coveted char marks. The Granitium coating is exceptionally tough—scratch-resistant and metal-utensil safe—yet releases food effortlessly. The radiant base ensures no hot spots, so every inch of the pan cooks evenly. Plus, the heat-insulating handle stays cool on the stovetop, and the pouring rim makes draining liquids mess-free.

Ideal use cases

• Grilling steaks, chops, and chicken with perfect sear marks
• Preparing paninis, vegetables, and halloumi with minimal oil
• Making breakfast favorites like bacon, sausages, and hash browns
• Finishing dishes in the oven up to 160°C

Good to know

While not induction-compatible, this pan excels on all other common cooktops. Its 4 mm thick forged aluminum body provides excellent heat retention and durability. The Granitium coating is free from PFOA, nickel, and heavy metals, making it a safer choice for your family. Cleanup is a breeze: the pan is fully dishwasher safe, though a quick hand wash will preserve its appearance for years to come.
