Barrow 90° adapter G1/4'' binnendraad naar G1/4'' binnendraad — zwart

The Barrow 90° Adapter G1/4'' female to G1/4'' female — black is a compact right-angle coupling designed to redirect G1/4'' threaded fluid or air connections by 90 degrees. Finished in black, the adapter is intended for use where space is limited or where tubing and hardline routing require a clean, low-profile change of direction. It provides a sealed transition between two female G1/4'' fittings in PC water-cooling loops and other systems that use G1/4'' threaded components.

Advantages

This adapter offers a small footprint and a fixed 90° rotation to simplify line routing in confined areas. The black finish reduces visual contrast in dark builds and helps maintain a uniform appearance. Its female-to-female configuration eliminates the need for additional couplers when joining two male-threaded fittings or components with G1/4'' threads. The solid construction ensures reliable mechanical connection and consistent alignment of joined parts.

Suitable for

• PC water-cooling loops with G1/4'' threaded ports
• Routing tubing or hardline in compact or tight spaces
• Joining two male G1/4'' threaded fittings or components
• Custom cooling or plumbing projects using standard G1/4'' threads

Key specifications

• Thread type: G1/4'' female on both ends
• Orientation: 90° fixed angle
• Finish: black
• Application: fluid and air connections in threaded systems
• Size: compact, designed for space-constrained installations

How to use

Ensure mating fittings or ports use standard G1/4'' male threads before installation. Hand-start the adapter into a male-threaded fitting to avoid cross-threading, then tighten to a secure fit using appropriate tools if required; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to threads or seals. Use compatible sealing methods such as thread tape or sealing washers where necessary, following the recommendations of the connected components' manufacturers. Install the adapter so the 90° bend routes tubing or hardline away from obstacles and minimizes stress on connections.

Recommendations

For reliable, leak-free operation, inspect threads and sealing surfaces for debris or damage before assembly, and perform a pressure or leak test after installation. Match the adapter with fittings and tubing rated for the same fluid type and temperature range used in your system.
