Barrow G1/4 inch recht verlengstuk MF 7,5 mm, model TNYZ-G7.5 s, zilver

Barrow TNYZ-G7.5 s is a G1/4" straight extension fitting (male-to-female) with a 7.5 mm extension length in a silver metal finish. Intended for use in water cooling and fluidic systems, this precision-machined connector provides a compact, straight threaded link between G1/4" components. The metal construction ensures mechanical strength and durability for routing tubing, extending ports, or creating compact threaded transitions in PC cooling loops and custom fluid assemblies.

Advantages

The straight extension fitting offers a short, fixed extension that preserves alignment between connected components while maintaining a minimal profile. Its metal construction provides resistance to deformation under clamping and repeated installation, and the standardized G1/4" thread ensures compatibility with the majority of water-cooling components. The silver finish delivers a neutral appearance that integrates with a wide range of system styles and materials.

Suitable for

• Connecting two G1/4" threaded components where a short extension is required
• Extending ports on water-cooling blocks, radiators, pumps, or reservoirs
• Creating compact threaded joins in custom liquid-cooling loops and fluidic assemblies
• Routing tubing where a straight, low-profile connection is preferred

Key specifications

• Thread standard: G1/4" (male to female straight adapter)
• Extension length: 7.5 mm
• Finish: silver metal
• Material: metal (precision-machined)
• Connection type: straight male–female threaded fitting

How to use

Hand-start the fitting into the receiving G1/4" female thread to ensure proper alignment, then tighten by hand until snug. Finish tightening with an appropriate wrench, turning only the nut portion and avoiding over-torquing to prevent thread damage. After installation, check for secure seating and confirm that the fitting aligns with adjacent tubing or components. When used in liquid-cooling loops, perform a pressure or leak test according to your system procedure before long-term operation.

Recommendations

Use thread sealant or PTFE tape sparingly only if recommended for your cooling components; avoid excess tape that could enter the fluid path. During installation, avoid applying torque to the body of adjacent components—apply force only to the fitting’s hex or nut area. Periodically inspect threaded joints for tightness and signs of corrosion or wear, especially in mixed-metal systems.
