Barrow hardtube 90° 630mm voor 14/12mm tubes, model TDWB-14, zwart

Barrow Hardtube 90° 630mm for 14/12mm Tubes, Model TDWB-14, Black is a rigid pre-bent hard tube assembly made to create a fixed 90-degree turn in custom liquid-cooling loops. The component is intended for use with 14/12mm dual-diameter hard tubing and provides a consistent bend and a straight total length of 630mm to help achieve precise routing and alignment inside PC cases. The black finish offers a discreet appearance that integrates with various system color schemes while maintaining a durable surface suitable for long-term installations.

Advantages

This hardtube fitting delivers a stable, pre-formed 90° bend that removes the need for manual heating and bending of rigid tubing, ensuring repeatable results and reducing installation time. The fixed-length design simplifies layout planning and helps maintain uniform spacing between components. The black finish reduces visible glare and complements dark-themed builds. Constructed for compatibility with 14/12mm hard tubes, the assembly is engineered for consistent connections and minimal movement once mounted.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid-cooling loops requiring a precise 90° turn
• Systems using 14/12mm hard tubing
• Tight case layouts where fixed-length routing improves cable and tube management
• Builds where a clean, minimalist black appearance is desired

Key specifications

• Pre-formed 90° rigid tube bend
• Total length: 630 mm
• Compatible outer/inner tubing diameter: 14/12 mm
• Finish: black
• Material: rigid hardtube construction suitable for liquid-cooling installations

How to use

Plan the loop layout and verify compatibility with your radiator, pump, reservoir and block ports before installation. Dry-fit the hardtube assembly to confirm alignment and clearance within the case. Use appropriate fittings and secure connections at both ends following the fitting manufacturer's torque guidelines. Ensure sealing surfaces are clean and free of debris prior to final installation. After connecting, perform a leak test with the system powered off and the pump running to confirm watertightness before powering other components.

Recommendations

Handle the hardtube carefully during installation to avoid scratches or impacts that could compromise the finish. Use compatible 14/12mm fittings and verify that the chosen clamps or compression rings match the tubing profile. Allow space for slight thermal expansion and avoid forcing the tube into positions that could stress connection points.
