BKL Electronic 144003 CAT 8.1 S/FTP patchkabel, RJ45, 2m, zwart, halogeenvrij

This BKL Electronic patch cable stands out with CAT 8.1 performance and S/FTP shielding, delivering up to 40 Gbit/s over 2 meters—ideal for high-speed networking in data centers and demanding LAN environments. Its halogen-free jacket adds safety in case of fire, while the black color keeps installations discreet.

Highlights

• CAT 8.1 standard supports up to 40 Gbit/s and 2000 MHz bandwidth
• S/FTP shielding (screened foiled twisted pair) minimizes crosstalk and EMI
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure reliable, corrosion-resistant connections
• Halogen-free (LSZH) jacket reduces toxic smoke and corrosive gases
• Snagless molded boots protect the locking tab during installation

In daily use

The 2-meter length is convenient for connecting devices in racks or across desks without excess cable. The snagless design prevents accidental disconnections when routing through tight spaces, and the black jacket blends with most equipment. It is fully compatible with PoE applications, simplifying installations that require power and data over a single cable.
