Bosch PEX 300 AE excenterschuurmachine 24000 opm zwart, groen 270 W

The Bosch PEX 300 AE orbital sander is a compact, lightweight sanding tool designed for smooth handling and efficient surface finishing. Equipped with a 270 W motor and a 4 mm oscillating orbit, it delivers up to 24,000 idle oscillations per minute for uniform sanding results. The tool includes a Microfilter Box for dust extraction to support cleaner working conditions and comes with Velcro-type sanding disc fastening for quick disc changes. Weighing 1.5 kg and finished in Bosch green and black, it is suitable for a wide range of sanding tasks.

Advantages

The random orbit principle provides a fine finish and high sanding performance while also being suitable for polishing. The integrated Bosch Microfilter System draws dust directly into the included Microfilter Box for cleaner working. Micro Velcro-type fastening and the Paper Assistant simplify and speed up sanding disc changes and alignment. Bosch Electronic allows continuously variable speed preselection for material-specific working, and a new cable guide with hanging hook improves practical storage.

Suitable for

• Surface preparation on wood, painted surfaces, and varnishes
• Intermediate sanding between coats of paint or varnish
• Light material removal and smoothing of edges
• Polishing tasks that require a fine finish

How to use

Attach a compatible sanding disc to the micro Velcro-type fastening, using the Paper Assistant to align the paper if required. Connect the sander to a power source, set the desired speed using the Bosch Electronic variable speed control according to the material, and switch the tool on. Move the sander smoothly across the workpiece with even pressure, allowing the random orbit motion and 4 mm orbit to produce an even finish. Use the integrated Microfilter Box or connect to compatible dust extraction if additional suction is needed. After use, switch off and unplug the tool, empty the Microfilter Box if full, and store the sander using the cable guide and hanging hook.

Recommendations

For best results, choose abrasive discs that match the material and grit progression for your task, start with coarser grits for material removal and finish with finer grits for a smooth surface. Regularly check and empty the Microfilter Box to maintain dust extraction efficiency and use appropriate personal protective equipment such as a dust mask and eye protection.
