Corning Thunderbolt 3 Optical Cable 25m AOC-CCU6JPN025M20 - Active Optical Cable - 40 Gbps - zwart

The Corning Thunderbolt 3 Optical Cable (25m) delivers high-speed data transfer and reliable connectivity for demanding professional environments. This active optical cable (AOC) leverages fiber optic technology to achieve 40 Gbps data rates over long distances without signal degradation, making it ideal for connecting Thunderbolt 3 enabled computers, docks, and peripherals in data centers, broadcast studios, or enterprise setups.

Advantages

With a length of 25 meters (82 feet), this cable overcomes the limitations of traditional copper Thunderbolt 3 cables, which are typically limited to 2 meters. The active optical design ensures full 40 Gbps bandwidth, supports dual 4K @ 60Hz or single 5K @ 60Hz displays, and provides up to 100W Power Delivery for charging connected devices. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket enhances safety in enclosed spaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting Thunderbolt 3 laptops (e.g., MacBook Pro, Dell XPS) to docks, eGPUs, or monitors at a distance
• Data centers requiring high-speed, long-reach interconnects
• Broadcast and video production environments needing reliable 4K/5K video transmission
• Enterprise deployments where cable length exceeds standard copper limits
