DisplayPort-kabel DeLOCK 84908 15 m zwart

The DeLOCK 84908 DisplayPort cable is a 15 m, triple-shielded cable with DisplayPort connectors on both ends. It supports video and audio transmission up to Ultra HD 4K at 60 Hz and is backwards compatible with Full HD 1080p. With a 7.3 mm diameter and black jacket, the cable is suitable for reliable connections between monitors, projectors and other DisplayPort devices. The product complies with RoHS and is packaged in a polybag.

Advantages

The triple shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for stable signal transfer over long distances. Support for 4K@60 Hz ensures high-resolution output for compatible displays, while backward compatibility to 1080p provides flexibility with older equipment. The 15 m length allows placement of displays or projectors at a distance from the source without additional extenders.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs to monitors with DisplayPort
• Linking laptops or media players to projectors or external displays
• Setting up multi-monitor workstations or presentation systems

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Connectors: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Supported resolution: up to Ultra HD (4K @ 60 Hz), backward compatible to Full HD (1080p)
• Diameter: 7.3 mm
• Colour: Black
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (PC, laptop or media player) and the other connector to the DisplayPort input on the monitor or projector. Ensure connectors are fully seated and the source and display are powered on. If necessary, select the DisplayPort input on the display device and configure the output resolution and refresh rate in the source device's display settings to match the supported 4K@60 Hz or a lower compatible resolution.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and heavy kinking of the cable. Route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources (large power supplies, motors) and use cable management to prevent strain on connectors. For distances longer than 15 m or for installations requiring signal boosting, consider active solutions or certified extenders compatible with DisplayPort standards.
