DSIT 42U 19 inch serverrack 800x1200x2000mm met geperforeerde dubbele deuren (DS8242DD)

For data centres and server rooms that demand both security and superior airflow, this DSIT 42U rack enclosure stands apart with its full-height perforated double-wing doors on both front and rear. Unlike conventional single-door cabinets, the split-wing design allows partial access without fully opening the rack, saving aisle space while maintaining thermal efficiency. The high-density perforation pattern ensures consistent cool air intake and hot air exhaust, making it ideal for high-density deployments.

Highlights

• 42U of 19-inch rack space, compliant with IEC 60297-3-100 for universal equipment mounting.
• Perforated double-wing front and rear doors with key locks, providing security and optimal airflow.
• Robust cold-rolled steel frame with a static load capacity of 1000 kg, ready for heavy server and UPS loads.
• Removable, lockable side panels for easy access during installation and maintenance.
• Adjustable vertical mounting rails with integrated cable management channels for clean, organized cabling.
• Includes levelling feet and heavy-duty castors for stable positioning and mobility when needed.

In daily use

This rack is built for environments where uptime and serviceability are critical. The double-wing doors open from the centre, reducing the clearance needed in narrow aisles compared to full-width doors. The perforated steel panels allow passive airflow while keeping dust and unauthorized access at bay. Inside, the adjustable rails accommodate equipment depths from 600 mm to over 1000 mm, and the vertical cable managers keep power and data cables separated and tidy. The lockable side panels can be removed without tools, speeding up hardware swaps. The black RAL 9005 powder-coated finish resists scratches and blends into any modern data centre.
