Ethernet-kabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 U/UTP 10 M oranje

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CU ethernet cable in orange is a 10 m network cable designed for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) connections. Constructed with 24 AWG strands of 99.9% pure copper and an LSZH outer jacket, the cable supports Gigabit Ethernet data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and is compatible with PoE+ power delivery. RJ-45 connectors are plated with 50 µ"U" gold for improved durability and reliable signal transmission.

Advantages

This CAT6 U/UTP cable uses pure copper conductors (99.9%, AWG 24) to ensure consistent electrical performance. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and corrosive gases in case of fire. The cable includes strain relief and a snagless latch protection to reduce connector damage during installation. 50 µ"U" gold-plated RJ-45 contacts increase contact longevity and provide better transmission quality compared with standard metal-plated connectors.

Suitable for

• Gigabit LAN connections (10/100/1000Base-T)
• PoE and PoE+ powered devices (IP cameras, access points, VoIP phones)
• Office and home network cabling over 10 m runs
• Environments where low-smoke, zero-halogen cable jackets are required

Key specifications

• Cable type: CAT6 U/UTP CU
• Length: 10 m
• Conductors: 99.9% pure copper, AWG 24
• Connector: RJ-45 to RJ-45, 50 µ"U" gold plating
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Supported speeds: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Color: Orange

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network switch, router or PoE injector and the other connector to your device (computer, IP camera, access point, etc.). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable; use the built-in strain relief and properly route the cable through cable management to preserve performance and connector integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit performance, keep cable runs within recommended lengths, avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines, and use proper patch panels or keystone jacks for permanent installations. Choose LSZH-sheathed variants in areas where low smoke and zero halogen characteristics are required.
